Direct billing is not available. You will receive an electronic receipt as soon as you leave the practice which you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

We accept major credit cards and electronic payments are secure, confidential and encrypted for your protection.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Less than 24 hours’ notice for appointments incurs a 50% fee, and less than 2 hours’ notice or no-shows incur the full fee.
