About the Role
We are looking for a full-time Receptionist / Client Experience Coordinator who is organized, proactive, compassionate and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
This role is much more than answering phones. You will be a key part of creating an exceptional client experience while helping our practitioners and administrative team operate efficiently and effectively.
What You'll Do
Provide exceptional client service and support
Manage scheduling, payments and client accounts using Jane
Support practitioner schedules and care plan continuity
Coordinate client and practitioner communication
Maintain accurate records and administrative processes
Order, restock and organize office and clinical supplies
Assist with light cleaning and maintaining a professional environment
Assist with daily operations and special events
Help ensure the practice runs smoothly and efficiently each day
Compensation
Competitive hourly wage based on experience

Requirements
Previous experience working in a healthcare setting
Experience in a multidisciplinary practice strongly preferred
Experience using Jane App (Jane EMR) is required
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Comfortable learning new systems and processes
Professional, reliable and team-oriented
