About the Role

We are looking for a full-time Receptionist / Client Experience Coordinator who is organized, proactive, compassionate and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.


This role is much more than answering phones. You will be a key part of creating an exceptional client experience while helping our practitioners and administrative team operate efficiently and effectively.


What You'll Do

  • Provide exceptional client service and support

  • Manage scheduling, payments and client accounts using Jane

  • Support practitioner schedules and care plan continuity

  • Coordinate client and practitioner communication

  • Maintain accurate records and administrative processes

  • Order, restock and organize office and clinical supplies

  • Assist with light cleaning and maintaining a professional environment

  • Assist with daily operations and special events

  • Help ensure the practice runs smoothly and efficiently each day


Compensation

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a healthcare setting

  • Experience in a multidisciplinary practice strongly preferred

  • Experience using Jane App (Jane EMR) is required

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

  • Comfortable learning new systems and processes

  • Professional, reliable and team-oriented
