Jor’dân is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA) and the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). She holds a BSc in Applied Sports Science from Loughborough University (UK) and an MSc in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, graduating with distinction from the University of Derby (UK).
An integrative psychotherapist, Jor’dân uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Attachment Theory, and the Person-Centred Approach to provide holistic, tailored care. She supports young adults (16+), adults, and seniors with anxiety, depression, low mood, relationship and family challenges, stress, identity issues, eating disorders, and sexual trauma.
Jor’dân is a former Great Britain Skeleton athlete and World Class Performance Programme member, giving her unique insight into the pressures of elite sport and performance psychology. Her practice is rooted in empathy, cultural sensitivity, and building a strong therapeutic alliance, offering clients a safe, non-judgmental space to navigate their mental health journey.
