Diane is a certified yoga teacher (RYT-200) registered with Yoga Alliance International and a certified Group Fitness Instructor. With over 25 years of experience teaching and studying movement across the Ottawa region, she brings a thoughtful and inclusive approach to every class.
Diane’s teaching style blends Hatha yoga with elements of Vinyasa flow to support strength, balance, and cardiovascular endurance. She recognizes that every participant brings their own unique abilities and goals, and offers modifications to ensure a safe and accessible experience for all.
Her classes encourage connection through breath and movement, helping participants build strength, improve focus, and leave feeling grounded, calm, and energized.
