CO-OWNER & CHIROPRACTOR

Dr. Emily Blue, DC, BA

Dr. Emily is the Co-Owner of Russell Health Collective and principal chiropractor. She is a registered chiropractor in Ontario and a member of the College of Chiropractors of Ontario.  She also works as an Advanced Practice Provider with the Rapid Access Clinic for Low Back Pain at The Ottawa Hospital.

 

Dr. Emily completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology before attending the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic in the UK where she graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic with distinction.  Dr. Emily and her husband and co-owner, Lloyd, established a practice together in London, UK before deciding to move back to Ottawa.

​

While living and practicing in London, Dr. Emily also worked as chiropractic lecturer at London South Bank University specializing in behavioural science, public health and clinical nutrition.  She enjoys incorporating aspects of behaviour change into her practice to encourage a positive and goal-oriented mindset in her patients.

 

Dr. Emily has a passion for supporting her pregnant and postpartum patients on their journey and is Webster Technique certified.  She has also taken advanced pediatric courses to help address common issues such as plagiocephaly and tongue tie/latching concerns and is currently pursuing her Pediatric Certification through the International Chiropractic Pediatrics Association.

Dr. Emily thrives on helping you to learn and understand how your body moves and functions. She utilizes a variety of adjustment and mobilization techniques to customize your care according to your needs.  

CO-OWNER & PRACTICE MANAGER

Lloyd Morgan, MSc

Lloyd is Russell Health Collective’s Co-Owner and Practice Manager. Originally from the UK, Lloyd completed his undergraduate degree in Sport Science with First Class Honours as well as a Master of Science in Performance Coaching. 

 

Lloyd has been involved in the health and fitness industry for over 15 years.  As a keen sportsman, he has played rugby at international level. As a coach, he has been involved in high level rugby academies in the UK and has worked with Olympic athletes pre and post-surgery as part of their rehabilitation team.  Before moving to Ottawa, Lloyd worked at a multidisciplinary chiropractic clinic in London, UK with Dr. Emily. 

 

Moving more into clinical managerial roles in the last 5 years, Lloyd uses his expertise to ensure clients receive the highest level of customer service and patient-centred care to enhance their wellness experience.

Michelle Leduc at Russell Health Collective

REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPIST

Michelle Leduc

Michelle is Russell Health Collective's Registered Massage Therapist.  She is a graduate of the Massage Therapy program at Algonquin College and registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.  Her training includes Active Release Techniques, injury prevention and rehabilitation for runners and she holds various coaching certifications (UESCA, RRCA, NCCP).  Michelle brings her fascination of the human body and background in running and strength training into the treatment room. As a runner for over 25 years, she understand the demands of the sport with respect to training, its impacts to the body and the frustrations of an injury.

 

Outside of the clinic, she can be found training for her next ultramarathon adventure. She contributes to the running community through coaching with the Russell Run Club and volunteering with the New York Central Fitness Trail parkrun.

REGISTERED DIETITIAN

Tatiana Hunt

​Tatiana Hunt is a passionate registered dietitian with the College of Dietitians of Ontario. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition at St. Francis Xavier University and went on to complete a graduate dietetic internship with The Moncton Hospital. Tatiana has additional training to grow her expertise in body image, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), and gut health, and has completed a diploma in sports nutrition with the International Olympic Committee.

 

Her expertise lies in helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals through a non-diet, Health at Every Size (HAES) approach, creating personalized nutrition plans and lifestyle modifications. With a strong background in dietetics and a deep understanding of the importance of all pillars of health, Tatiana is committed to empowering her clients to make positive, long-lasting changes and dedicated to helping them navigate the complex world of nutrition and wellness.

REGISTERED PSYCHOTHERAPIST (QUALIFYING)

Maryam Siddiqui

Specialities:

Adults and seniors with anxiety, trauma, depression, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, new medical diagnoses, postpartum anxiety and depression.


Languages:

English, Urdu, and Hindi

Maryam is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and an active member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). With a background in medical sciences and a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, she works with adults and seniors navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, and cultural identity.

As an immigrant and former physician, Maryam offers a unique perspective rooted in empathy and cultural sensitivity. She understands the complexities of change, belonging, and integrates this understanding into her therapeutic approach. Her work is collaborative and tailored, drawing from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and person-centered practices.

​Maryam has also received certified training in Accelerated Resourcing, a therapeutic approach that helps clients process trauma-related issues, access inner strengths, calm overwhelming emotions, and build resilience. This gentle, supportive method can be integrated into therapy sessions to enhance coping skills, increase a sense of safety, and support healing.

 

Maryam provides therapy in English, Urdu, and Hindi, recognizing the importance of language and culture in feeling truly seen and understood.

Jor’dân McIntosh

Young adults, adults, and seniors with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, relationship challenges, and sexual trauma, performance and sport-related stress.

Jor’dân is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). She holds a BSc in Applied Sports Science from Loughborough University (UK) and an MSc in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, graduating with distinction from the University of Derby (UK).

​

An integrative psychotherapist, Jor’dân uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Attachment Theory, and the Person-Centred Approach to provide holistic, tailored care. She supports young adults (16+), adults, and seniors with anxiety, depression, low mood, relationship and family challenges, stress, identity issues, eating disorders, and sexual trauma.

​

Jor’dân is a former Great Britain Skeleton athlete and World Class Performance Programme member, giving her unique insight into the pressures of elite sport and performance psychology. Her practice is rooted in empathy, cultural sensitivity, and building a strong therapeutic alliance, offering clients a safe, non-judgmental space to navigate their mental health journey.

Allison Tomotsugu

With over 20 years of experience in Yoga and Pilates, Allison Tomotsugu is passionate about guiding individuals through movement that enhances both strength and flexibility. Holding an academic background in Kinesiology, Allison blends scientific understanding with practical application, offering a unique approach to Pilates instruction.

As a certified Pilates instructor and the founder of a registered school with the Yoga Alliance, Allison is deeply committed to upholding the highest professional standards in teaching. Her attention to detail, deep understanding of the body’s mechanics, and dedication to helping others succeed have made her a sought-after educator for both beginners and advanced practitioners.

​

In her Pilates classes at Russell Health Collective, Allison brings a wealth of knowledge and a personalized approach to each session. Her focus is on improving alignment, deepening core strength, and supporting overall physical health. Allison is particularly known for her ability to work with individuals at any fitness level, providing guidance to help them move more efficiently and mindfully.

With a passion for teaching and a focus on holistic wellness, Allison creates a welcoming and supportive environment where everyone can thrive in their Pilates practice.

YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Sener Nazim

Sener is a high-energy Yoga instructor with over 14 years of experience in fitness and weight training, and more than a decade of dedicated yoga practice. She completed her Yoga Teacher Training through Yogatown in Ottawa and brings a strong foundation in both strength and mobility to her classes.

​

Her approach blends functional movement, muscle-building, and deep breathwork, always delivered with motivation and great playlists. Sener believes movement should feel empowering, joyful, and sustainable. Her goal is to help clients build strength from the inside out, move with confidence, and unlock their full potential both on and off the mat.

YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Emma Taylor-Isherwood

Emma is a passionate and playful yoga teacher (E-RYT 200) who loves guiding students through everything from Hatha Flow to Restorative Yin, Kids Yoga, and Meditation.

 

For over 12 years, Emma has taught students of all ages and backgrounds in a variety of settings, including—studios, schools, health clubs, parks, hospitals, and even libraries.

​

Her teaching style is all about infusing joy, sparking growth, and creating a peaceful space where everyone can explore their practice and discover what nourishes them in the moment.

​

Emma’s classes are designed to help students feel supported, empowered, and ready to shine both on and off the mat.
