Registered Social Worker
Amy is a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience supporting children, youth, families, and perinatal clients. She offers a warm, collaborative approach to therapy, creating a safe space where clients feel heard and supported.

With advanced training in trauma-informed care, perinatal mental health, and family therapy, Amy draws from CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, Yoga Therapy, and Art Therapy. She works with children and teens (10+), families, and individuals navigating prenatal and postpartum experiences, helping clients build resilience and reconnect with their strengths.
